Meet Our Team
Adam is the third generation operator of Lester Glenn Auto Group. Following the footsteps of his father, Stanley Kraushaar, and his grandfather, Lester Glenn, Adam grew up working summer jobs in various dealership departments. After college, Adam pursued a career on Wall Street for 16 years. In November, 2006, Adam joined his family and the Lester Glenn team with ambitions to expand the Lester Glenn Auto Group footprint. In 2007, after his father, Stanley, retired, Adam assumed his role as President and Owner of Lester Glenn Auto Group. He is dedicated to preaching and practicing the same founding principles of doing everything possible to take care of our customer, and treating them with dignity and respect.
Kerry Monica has more than 36 years in the automotive industry "the old fashion way" starting his career path just out of high school in all aspects of a dealership and working his way up to Director Of Fixed Operation of Lester Glenn Auto group with the daily responsibility of overseeing 13 manufacturer franchises located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties at 10 different locations and one of the largest Collision Centers in the Northeast with a team of over 500 employees. He prides himself with his accomplishments at Lester Glenn and lives by one of his most famous lines "You're only as successful as the people you surround yourself with."

I started working for the Lester Glenn family in 2018 after 23 years in retail. I work for the Freehold Chevy dealership and I could not be happier. It is such a great place to work. My coworkers are more family than anything else. My favorite car is the Chevy Trailblazer. I love it so much, I bought one. In my spare time, I love to listen to music and play my bass guitar.
