The work your dealership did was great and your service people are great. Except for the one who obviously dropped something against my car causing a scratch and a dent. I didn't notice untill I got home but it was nighttime already and you had closed I didn't set anything because I had already left the dealership. It is what it is. I'll get someone to fix the dent snd I'll live with g the scratch. But I am no longer your customer. And I will never recommend your dealerships. Any of them

I had 7am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour. It took 1 hr 45min. When I arrived there were cars that had been dropped off the night before blocking the entrance, so I needed to wait 20minutes for cars with no one waiting to be “proceeded” (checked in, photographed etc) before they started to check in my car. Also, I had previously taken the car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed but Jiffy said there was silicone on the oil cap and they were worried there was a leak that Pep Boys had siliconed over the previous time. So I didn’t have Jiffy do the work and took it to the dealership. Dealership never said anything to me about the silicone until after the oil change was done and I questioned if they had any problems doing the change. Only then did they say i had “a leak” and they cleaned it up and “next time they will look to see where it is leaking”. This was not noted on the paperwork and unless I said something would not have been told anything. I honestly do not know if I have a leak or not and do not have much faith in the service I received.

Always like to work with Anthony. On recent visit, I was told I needed a bunch of work, of which I agreed to part of it. I did refuse the cabin and engine air filters (way too expensive). I went home and checked filters. I replaced the cabin air filter, much less expensive, BUT the engine air filter was very clean, and so I was surprised it was recommended to be replaced. I would have wasted another $100. Now, I am suspect of whether the spark plugs needed to be replaced as well. This has broken the trust I have in bringing my car to Lester Glenn in Freehold if I am going to be milked for unnecessary repairs/maintenace. Where did this break....Is it the mechanic? Customer Advisor Anthony? Service Manager Jordan? If you don't have the trust of the customer you won't earn their future business.

Lester Glenn has always treated us well but the last time we went our fluids were not topped off, we had an issue where we needed to add oil between service appts. A 2 year old car should not use oil, might have nothing to do with the dealership...

I’m not satisfied at all. I took my truck there for an AC that was blowing hot air. After a repair that cost 2k, the AC was not fixed properly and is blowing hot air again less than two weeks later. The dealership advised that the first repair involved leaking AC lines and the second repair involved a cracked condenser. It’s obvious that it was missed the last time around.

I brought my car in with 6000 miles had several issues all seems to be resolved. However they provided me with a loaner car and took longer then expected due to weather conditions. They returned my car to me because I couldn't return loaner during work week I appreciated that. However I feel I should have been offered something for having so many issues with a car with only 6000 miles . Also asked for them to attach my trunk liner and they didn't.

I'm glad that you emailed this reminder, as it saves me a call. The service was great, KAitlyn provided outstanding customer service. They replaced a tire that had a nail in it and as it was covered by my plan, I was extremely happy. However, when I went on a short business trip this past Monday, I noticed that once I was driv.ing over 60 mph, that the steering wheel was shaking just a little. It may be that the front end alignment needs to be looked at and so I would like to come back and have it checked.

The staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was that the new tire was to be delivered to your freehold shop on Monday didn’t come until Tuesday. Since I was not traveling far I went via streets than the highway on the donut tire.

Nice Dealership Brought the 2016 Impala Limited LTZ in for a noise complaint in the dash they could not find it which is common with any vechicle. They said to come back when and the lead tech will go for a test ride. they also found the I need a new battery again they suggest a trickle charger for the parasitic electrical problems I have having. Took my vehicle in for a 45,000 mile or 2 year service. When I received my vehicle back, the receipt stated only a 5,000 mile service. The oil sensor was not changed, so I’m not sure if an oil change was even completed or if my tires were rotated. I tried to pick up parts from the parts section, but the lead said to come back later as he did not have time first thing in the morning. I returned 40 minutes prior to closing and he was no longer there.

I was pleased by the service at your dealership until my last 2-3 visits. I have found that that my car has come out of your garage with more problems than it did when it went in. This last visit, the service manager said to me in my face, "Your car has 123,000 miles, what do you want me to do?". That was very disappointing to hear, especially since this dealership is the only place that has serviced this vehicle. Needless to say, I am never going back, even to buy a new vehicle. I just wanted them to fix what I believe they broke because things worked when I brought it in and stopped working when I pull out of the parking lot.

This was my first time going on a weekend and it was a very different experience. It's always pleasant and I have no complaints ever, but I was kinda blown away with this appointment. I spoke with 3 different employees during my time there and all were so helpful, happy, and provided great customer service. I expected to be there for over an hour, but everything was done, including paying, in less than 40 minutes from the time I arrived. This was such a great visit. Again, I am usually very happy when I go, but this was beyond expectations.

I had scheduled service for my vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, etc) as well as an install for caliper covers I had purchased beforehand. This was listed in my scheduled appointment details. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that I had to wait on a long line of cars to get inside the service area (took 25 minutes to get in). Then, once I got in, I was told that the service department “does not install caliper covers.” I had taken a day off from work to bring my car in for this work and no one called me to say that they couldn’t install the parts, even though it was listed on my scheduled appointment well before.

They’ve gotten worse. There used to be a guy there, Dan, who was great. I always took my car there for service and he took care of it and knew what mattered. There’s a bunch of new people there now who try to upsell me on different engine additive potions. They’re also not as knowledgeable. My engine had an issue. The tech said they couldn’t fix it and I’d have to come back. The notes from the actual mechanics said they fixed it and it’s fine. After ten years I’m probably going to stop taking the car there.

My service adviser was excellent and the time to complete my service was great. The problem i had was my front brakes needed to be replaced pads and rotors. Price was insane $913. I took it to another mechanic and it was done for $400. The car feels much better. As with all dealers you are priced way over.

I came in for an oil change. I was sold a Basic Service Package at 38,000 miles for $322.81 instead. I told the agent I had an engine air filter warning. I get told that the air filter for the engine is an additional $108 (for a $20 air filter that takes 1 minute to replace) and then I needed a coolant flush for $217 that is not recommended until 100,000 miles according to Chevy. So I guess $322 is not enough money to change oil and a filter. The up sale and robbery is at criminal levels. Go elsewhere for service. They gave me back my car with a warning light on for a stupid air filter that costs $20. I ordered it on Amazon and changed it myself when I got home. Horrible Customer Service.

My experience was horrible. My Chevy Traverse went in on Tuesday August 26th 2025 in the morning. I received a text asking if it was okay to leave it overnight and I said yes. Wednesday 8/27/25 I get a text at 11:15 am saying they found the issue and they were submitting to my warranty company. I heard nothing back on Wednesday and they close at 5pm. Thursday 8/28/25 I get a text to review all of their recommendations at 9 am. I complete it around 1 and text them asking if the part was covered in which they said yes at 1:19 pm. No further texts after that and another day without my vehicle!!! Friday 8/29 I have to reach out to Lester Glenn service at 10:53 am looking for an update or an estimate on time it should be done. I get a response a few minutes later saying they are installing it and it should be done soon. I then get a text at 1:34 pm saying there was an issue and it wouldn’t be finished that day. It’s now been 3 and a half days without my traverse. I was NEVER offered a loaner vehicle. I texted them a few minutes later asking at what point do I receive a loaner car since it’s now been more than 3 days and I wasn’t told anything until Friday 8/29. I get a response that they didn’t have any but that they would reach out to my extended warranty company and see if I could get a vehicle. I then ask if they can get a vehicle from another dealership because Lester Glenn has many in the area and I was told no they cannot do that. My service tech then tells ME that I should call my warranty company. I call my warranty company and 40 minutes later of being on the phone with them I have a rental covered. No thanks to Lester Glenn Service as they didn’t call, I did. My warranty company then tells me I only have a 1 day rental because according to them the fix should take 1.5 to 2 hours!!! It’s been 3.5 days since I dropped my car off! This is ludicrous! Luckily it was a holiday weekend so my warranty company was able to give it to me until Tuesday. I was told my Lester Glenn manager Chris Reed that they would DEFINITELY have a car for me Tuesday, which is still absolutely insane that I couldn’t get a loaner for 1 whole week on a job that is supposed to take at most 2 hours. Tuesday 09/02/25 rolls around and I reach out at 8:26 am about the loaner they said they would DEFINITELY have. I get a quick response that they SHOULD have it back in ththe afternoon. It’s now after 2 pm and I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone so I reach out asking for an update in which I get the answer of, you guessed it, WE DONT HAVE AN UPDATE FOR YOU. Now I’m completely aggravated and feel like I’ve been taken for a ride so I ask my service consultant to have the service manager call me. Eventually I get a call from someone named Justin, who is not the service manager because I spoke with Chris Reed on Friday 08/29/25 and he identified himself as the service manager. Justin tells me they won’t have a loaner so now I’ve dropped off my rental and have no car. What unbelievable customer service. I have 3 children and my kids were starting school that week of 09/02 and made it very clear on Friday and Saturday of this and that I needed a vehicle. Well clearly that didn’t matter because I never got one! Finally on Wednesday September 3rd I am notified my car is done and can be picked up. I go after service is closed, which I was told I can do and guess what….my vehicle is completely blocked in. I go back in and let them know and thankfully some sales guys were able to help out and move a vehicle that was behind me. Needless to say this was probably the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Lester Glenn did not charge me the $185 diagnostic fee or the $100 deductible for the warranty coverage, I do want to be transparent. However they did not offer to pick up the additional cost of the rental vehicle as my warranty only covers up to $40 per day and being a holiday weekend it was more than that. I will be leaving a negative review on google and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as this was just an absolutely ridiculous experience with Lester Glenn service. Oh yeah, did I mention that I purchased my vehicle and my warranty from them? They really treat their customers well.

communication was great. Julia was understanding and helpful and did everything she could to keep the price down. I love the videos of the inspection. Very appreciative. You guys however are very expensive and now charging 3% when credit card is used. When you have an older car that is no longer under warranty, it's hard to justify going to dealership for repairs. I know it hard to find good help, specifically Mechanics and I get it, they should be paid well for what they do, but if you want me to come back and purchase my next car with you, you have to do a little better.

I brought in the vehicle with the GM L87 Engine Recall Concerns. I specifically had a hard shifting transmission as a symptom. The dealership quickly addressed this concern but they would not perform the diagnostic test related to the recall. It has been months since GM first sent a letter about the recall stating in the letter that there is a risk of total engine failure that could cause a crash. I've been unable to use my vehicle for anything but the shortest in town trips out of fear of an accident. I have called GM several times and they told me to bring the car to the dealer and nothing was done to address the recall.

I have visited Lester Glenn previously for service on my 2007 Tahoe. I was looking for a new vehicle and was unable to locate what I wanted. I spent some time with Vinny who patiently allowed me to change my mind numerous times. In the end, he offered me an option to look at a vehicle that wasn't exactly what I was looking for but in the event I did not like it we could always place an order for what I wanted. I wound up purchasing a High Country. I would love it if they were not loaded with chrome, but I am getting that taken care of.

I was very disappointed to find out that your dealership does not allow clients to bring in their own oil and oil filter for oil changes. I was not told this when I scheduled the appointment. And other dealerships around you DO allow the client to do this. I had already brought the oil and filter with me.

I brought my car into the dealership because On-Star told me I needed immediate attention to my transmission. Your service department told me I needed a part that would have to be ordered. ETA was 10 days for delivery of part. After I brought my car home, a new leak was discovered at the front of my vehicle. 3 weeks later, after not receiving a call back from the dealership, I called to see if the part was in and was told to bring my car in the next day. The service department notified me that in addition to the transmission repair, a coolant hose was leaking. The diagnostic fee was $200 and the replacement hose was $500. This estimate was absurd and even more absurd to just include a $200 diagnostic fee. 1. I feel as though the leak started after the service department had my car to check for the transmission issue and could have been cause by the service department. 2. To charge someone that much for a diagnostic fee and a coolant hose is astronomical. This event has lost my trust in GM/Chevy dealerships and will definitely make me rethink whether I will purchase a Chevy or GM in the future.

I had a pretty bad experience at the dealership. The estimate that I was given on timing was very far off and caused me to be late for an appointment later in the day. I kept being told that the truck was ‘almost done’ over and over. It was ‘almost done’ at 12:00 (and several times after then) and yet I still didn’t get out of the dealership until 4:30. When the truck finally was done and I went to leave, there was grease all over my steering wheel and interior of my car. The entire experience was very poor and honestly made Chevrolet look very bad as a brand.

The tire installation went fine. I asked for them to save the tires for me so they loaded them in my truck, which is nice. However, one of the tires was put in the back of the truck and they wrapped the top of the tire from so it would not mark the seat. However, the bomb of the tire was not wrapped and left a large black mark on the leather seat. I had to have it professionally detailed to get most of the Mark out, but it’s not all gone. Additionally, I picked the truck up after hours and the bill was $100 more than the estimate that I received from my service advisor. After the debate that was quite lengthy, they took off most of it, not all of it. $40 for shop supplies, which is described as paper towels, and rubber. Gloves is absolutely ridiculous! Besides being ridiculous the gentleman that was put on the phone to me that said everybody gets charged that if that was supposed to make me feel better that just makes me feel like you’re ripping off more of your customers. I’ve been in the auto business for quite a long time and I’m currently retired but I know firsthand that your shop supplies don’t cost $40 for the changing tires. You’re lining your pockets with your customers funds. $40 that wasn’t in my estimate I had to give over because pretty much I was being held at the dealership until I resolved it on my end, even though Chevy made the mistake between the estimate and the actual cost. You should really think charging people for shop supplies, which is typically it cost of doing business and not ripping off the customers for a couple of paper towel towels hopefully somebody reads this.

Initially I just couldn't get answers to my questions. Then I got a phone call from someone, I explained my frustration to them, regarding getting pretty simple answers to my questions. I was then informed that the person I was dealing with (Neil) was no longer with the company. So, we did a reboot and Justin reached out to me. He got my answers, we negotiated a bit, and finally reached a deal, all online. No coming to the dealership, playing the "Let me check with my manager" game. Peoples time is valuable and the sooner dealerships respect that, and cater to that, they may just lose the terrible reputation they have. Obviously, I bought the vehicle, so it all went well in the end. So, in short, the salesman was great, the guy who then took over the paperwork portion of the transaction is an arrogant jerk. The way he talked to the salesman was condescending. They way he talked to me was condescending, arrogant, know it all. He told me I'd get emailed with copies of all the documents I'd e-signed, still have nothing.

Absolutely horrible experience. Wanted to charge us approximately $7000 for something that was not even wrong with the car. Will call the BBB. After leaving dealership & being told we need new oil pan, we went to a mechanic later that same day & car was put on the lift & not one leak!!!!. The actual problem was that when the oil was changed last (by another shop) the techs did not tighten the oil filter correctly which then started leaking & spraying oil slowly. Instead of telling us that this could have been the problem they charged us for the diagnostic dye & stated we had an oil pan leak and told us $7000 to fix as well as back breaks. Never again go to this "stealership again"

This was my 4th service visit for my Chevy Bolt EV (30,000mi). In my previous visits I paid @$50 for tire rotation & multi-point inspection. I was surprised to receive a bill for $296 that included balancing & alignment (neither of which I'm aware of having requested and neither of which were discussed previous to the work being completed). On receipt of the bill I presumed these were routine at 30k and I paid it. When I got home I looked at my manual and was surprised to find that wasn't the case. Once burnt, twice shy. I'll remember in the future to be crystal clear about the work I request and to make it clear that any other work deemed necessary or advisable be discussed before the work is done. In all the above I want to say that Julia was a delight to work with. She clearly explained that it was a busy morning, offered me coffee and was kind enough to give me a pen & paper so I could get some work done while I waited. She represented the dealership well and I'd be glad to work with her in the future.

She took the time to go through my concerns in detail and brought in the service manager for a test drive so we could pinpoint a tricky issue without any back-and-forth. Uncharacteristic service appointment. 1) My 2022 Traverse continually shows up on all my cyber accounts, and I was told to address at my next service appointment. Service said they can't help me. 2) I asked why my horn doesn't sound when my tire reaches 35psi as stated in the manual. Service desk told me my vehicle doesn't do that, but service mechanic contradicted her and said it does. 3) Left dealership and glanced at my maintenance screen and found tires were not inflated to 35 psi after tire rotation (assuming it was done). Left service with tires at 28, 29, 31, and 31psi. Overall: Poor attitude from service desk, Poor service performance.

There was almost a half hour wait to drop off my vehicle. I was told it was because of a bunch of call-outs. Annoying yes, but I understand it. There was a line of cars being dropped off in front of me. The person accepting my vehicle was very pleasant, despite running around by herself to get all these cars in without any help. The service went well, and without any issue. Everything was looked into and handled accordingly. Definitely would visit again.

This was my first time at this dealership. I came to maintain my Chevy Bolt. The dealership is very well organized and everyone is friendly. They pulled up my VIN and were able to tell me exactly what maintenance my car was due for. I came in with a list of expected maintenance items, and they actually found that more than half of those items were not even due or needed. I found them to be extremely transparent and the pricing was very fair. Will definitely return again.

Took car in for service. oil and tire rotation also had a key fob issue. It works and sometimes it doesnt work to unlock and remote start car. at time of service fob worked well but after i took car back stops working. dealership doesnt even have loaner cars to give customers if they have problems with there vehicle. They go through a 3rd party rental, bad way to do business. also they over charge for service website had a oil change and tire rotation for $119.95 plus tax. I paid $139.02 those that seem right no. And after i came back to pick car up after hours the desk person car should be on side of building, walked the dealership two times in the cold could not find car until i went in the back and found the car there and there was a car behind me. went back inside to ask is they could move car so i can get out. if i was a older man or lady that would of been poor customer service. guess it doesnt matter if your car is still under warranty. lester glenn will not be getting my future sales when i purchase my next car. wish i never bought the car from this dealership. going back to pinebelt chevy.

I am giving 2 stars only because your dealership was accomodating when it came time for me to come back in to have issues resolved AFTER my service visit. 1. When I picked up my truck from my service visit I noticed 2 deep scratches on the hood/side of truck. I know those weren’t there before my service and they clearly aren’t from a kicked up rock or something. Dealership insists it wasn’t them. But I just don’t believe it. Wasn’t worth arguing as I had to get to work and I’ll just need to repair this myself. 2. When I came back after service, I let you know I was hearing a rattling/grinding noise whenever I accelerated. You found that something under the hood wasn’t fastened after it was moved during service. 3. They put 2 new tires on the rear since they found a nail in one of them. When leaving the service center I was shocked to see that they couldn’t even bring them to the proper psi. They were at 26 and 28 psi or something. Not a big deal as I took care of it when I got home- but how can you not do this for a customer when you’re putting the tires on? 4. I passed on a recommended service for rear shocks that was quoted at over $2,200. Everyone I speak to say that amount for rear shocks is insane. I will get this taken care of elsewhere with the understanding that it will be much cheaper. 5. Every time I come in I explain how terrible the brakes that you installed a while back are. It’s embarrassing to drive with how loud they screech at times. I’ve been told numerous things like they don’t hear the noise or other times they say that noise just comes with the type of brake pads that are used now. I’m mad every time I drive and hear it. When I go somewhere else, I am going to ask them to look into this. I’ve had a rough ride with this dealership. I bought this truck from you simply because I was constantly in the dealership with problems that you couldn’t resolve with the truck that I bought from you shortly prior. I just couldn’t deal with it anymore and actually bought this one in hopes that I would have peace of mind. But with this last service visit I think I’ve had enough and I am going to search elsewhere for service moving forward. I’m not a pain in the butt customer and I don’t like to throw anyone under the bus. So I’m sorry for this rant. But I am frustrated and I have ran out of trust. For the times that you’ve helped me over the years, I thank you.
