The entry-level 2025 Chevy Equinox LT, midrange 2025 Chevy Equinox RS, and top-line 2025 Chevy Equinox ACTIV form a winning lineup. All three equip a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine capable of 175 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard, and all-wheel drive (AWD) is optional on this new Chevy SUV, and with AWD comes a boost in torque to 203 lb-ft. FWD models pair with the new continuously variable transmission (CVT), while AWD vehicles are matched with a traditional eight-speed automatic gearbox.

All-New Exterior

As stylish as the previous Chevy Equinox was, the 2025 model takes curb appeal up another notch. Each trim gets its own grille and front fascia, elements that merge seamlessly with this SUV’s strong lines and stance. In the cabin, the Chevrolet Equinox now features an 11.3-inch diagonal infotainment touchscreen and an 11-inch driver information center. Interacting with vehicle information, navigation, and apps has never been easier.

New Trim Lineup

The new year also brings a trim-level shakeup, trading two old trims for two new ones.
